Joint Head Chefs Andrew Burton and Adrian Kneeshaw – with over 45 years’ service at Rothay Garden between them – believe passionately in offering their guests fine food, locally sourced from the “larder” that is the Lake District.
With experience gained at the Berkeley, Connaught and Savoy in London and Gleneagles in Scotland, Andrew is one of only 400 Masterchefs of Great Britain. With Adrian now appointed alongside him as Joint Head Chef, this means that our standards are always consistently high, no matter which day of the week you stay.
