The hotel cancellation policy is ‘a non refundable deposit of £100 per room is required to confirm the reservation’. If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival your deposit may be reused against a future reservation commencing within six months of the arrival date. if cancelled within 14 days of arrival the deposit would normally be forfeited. However, owing to Covid, we have amended our policy and therefore your deposit may be reused against a future reservation commencing within six months of the arrival date. 

Hopefully the tier system is due to end in February and the vaccination is soon to be available to all. As a business we are very positive for 2021 and very much look forward to welcoming you to the hotel.
